History of Hops Restaurant
Hops Restaurant is a dining microbrewery restaurant offering fresh, high-quality, fresh ingredients. The restaurant offers hand-crafted, microbrewed beer, brewed in a glass encased brewery that separates the non-smoking dining room from the bar dining area. It was established in 1988. The restaurant features a diverse selection of menu items to appeal to a range of classic American tastes. The unique thing about their serving is with the brand new copper and steel kettles installed to brew four signature beers developed by a third generation Brewmaster. Within three years, two more locations had opened up on both sides of the Tampa Bay. In 1990’s, there were already 13 Grill and Bars operating within the state of Florida.
