Job Description/Wage Averages

Soup/Pasta/Baker: This position takes the responsibility to serve safe, soups, sauces, rice and pizzas to the guests; provide assistance to guests; maintain all sanitation and presentation standards at all times.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Food and Beverage Server: This person has the responsibilities to request and serve orders food and beverages to guests; ensure on guest satisfaction and handle the payment and complaints/concerns of customers. He/She must show knowledge of service techniques, food and beverage product and practices according to company standards.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Host/Hostess: This person oversee the activities of dining room and the role performed by the personnel in order to provide fast and courteous service to guests; arrange of dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners; respond to complaints; inspect dining room serving stations to ensure neatness and cleanliness.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.

Cashier: This position has the tasks of greeting every guest that comes in the restaurant; must handle cash properly, and processes bills; must ensure that guests are thanked after they have paid their bills.   The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
