Job Description/Wage Averages
Assistant Manager: The position is expected in delivering and maintaining high customer service standards and the ability to lead a team to success. Every new Manager will complete a 12 week management training program complimenting their existing retail/hospitality expertise. He will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business by developing and monitoring promotional activities, be responsible for staff development and management, store merchandising, stock management and control. Manage a fast paced family restaurant; recruit staff; develop and direct staff; implement in-store marketing and promotions; schedule purchasing and inventory control.
Crew Member: This position see to it that the customer are catered with their needs; he attends to inquiries promptly and must responds to the questions appropriately too.
Special Kitchen Hand: This position has the responsibilities to: detailing and cleaning the Restaurant and assist in preparing for service each day; maintaining image standards – Maintain Customer Perception areas – Car Park, Gardens, Restrooms, and Dining Areas etc.; performing stock delivery, storage Rotation (Includes lifting) and daily/weekly preventative maintenance on all equipment; working closely with managers to provide the Highest levels of Quality, Cleanliness and Service to our customers, and overall safety and well being of our employees and guests.
