Job Description/Wage Averages

General Manager: This person is in charge with all entire operations of the location restaurant where he is assigned. He/She is to ensure that the philosophy of the company is being adhered by everyone. He/She has to hire and train employees accordingly; engage in setting goals and must plan to achieve these goals; must ensure customer satisfaction at all time.     The average wage for this particular position starts at $12 per hour.

Server: The server delivers the orders of the customers. He/She is also to help customers order the foods and direct them their tables where they can be comfortable; must attend to customer needs and inquiries; must thank the guests upon leaving.   The average wage for this particular position starts at $2 to $3 per hour plus tips.

Busser: The busser ensures that the dining area is well cleaned and organized. He/She makes sure that customer satisfaction is attained.   The average wage for this particular position starts at $8 per hour.

Cashier: The cashier handles the payment of the customers whether the payment is in cash or through credit cards; must help the other staff in processing the bills of the customers and must help in ensuring customer satisfaction too.   The average wage for this particular position starts at $8 per hour.
