It is unusual for a company based in Houston, Texas to put up a beach themed restaurant but that’s what Ignite Restaurant Group did with Joe’s Crab Shack. The first restaurant opened in 1991 in Houston and currently has over 113 restaurants all across the United States.

The manager for Joe’s should be able to determine fresh ingredients that they will use in the kitchen. This starts from the source and they need to identify the best suppliers that can be trusted. They then check how the food items are stored and finally how it is prepared and served to the customers.

There will be times that the customers might complain about the food, but this is expected and the manager should be able to provide the best solution for the issue. The manager also takes part in the recruitment of the employees and provides guidance as each individual is developed to become more efficient.
