Juice Bar Attendant: This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by; preparing product in an accurate and timely manner; assisting customers with product and nutritional information and selection both in the juice bar and pro shop area; routinely cleaning the store to ensure high standards. He makes sure that he will be able to provide exceptional customer service, prepare all juice bar menu items accurately and consistently, adhere to all store operating policies and procedures at all times; clean and maintain the facility daily; advise customers on nutritional content of smoothies and pro shop items; work with a fast-paced environment.
General Manager: This person is the key player in the store. He is involved in the strategic planning of the store- setting sales goals and outline activities to attain the objectives and the sales quota. He must to address any issues and problems of the store like customer complaints and the like. He is in-charge in coaching, hiring, and counseling the team members. He leads the team for any activities of the store.
Juice Mixer: The basic task is to mix juices and smoothies according to company standards. Since he uses the equipment, he must observe and listen to equipment to detect possible malfunctions, such as leaks or plugging, and report malfunctions or undesirable tastes to supervisors; he must also set up, operate, and tend equipment that cooks, mixes, blends, or processes ingredients in the manufacturing of food products, according to formulas or recipes.
