Job Description/Wage Averages
Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers are experienced retailers with previous experience working in a fast paced environment. They lead by example and know how to have a good time while working hard. They are Leaders in sales and customer services; outgoing confident support leaders; show initiative and drive; have a passion to help mentor a team to success.
Associate Product Line Manager: Review initial concepts; shop and assist in creating line and in style development/hand offs with Plm and buy team; Assist in organizing and sending samples/color and fabric standards to offices/vendors. Responsible to download initial and updated cads to the kits. Send initial sizing and forecast information to HK to follow up on pricing. Responsible for informing vendors of change and ensuring that costing is updated based on that change. Follow up on getting initial and updated buys. Ensure and follow up that buys contain all accurate information including cost, vendor, units, months/delivery dates confirmed. Review all info for accuracy prior to sending to offices/vendors. Receive, review and assist in confirming costing. (All costing including any price changes to be reviewed with PLM prior to confirming.)
Retail Planner: Retail Planner must have exceptional communication and analytical skills to support sales, growth, and profitability goals. Position responsibilities include: Developing by Dept/Sub-Class financial merchandising plans that support top line objectives; executing planning strategies to build and manage profitable assortments that meet budgeted sales, margin, and turn goals; understanding our customer and providing competitive analysis at the vendor and SKU level to enhance the product mix and pricing strategy; analyzing retail sales to identify opportunities at the Model-SKU-Color-Size level; developing an appropriated delivery cadence by product line that drives sales and fits to the ending inventory and gross margin targets; developing and recommending initial Mark-Up goals and AUR strategies.
Management Trainee: This person will provide extreme customer service. Hence, you must be ready to take the next step. Partnering with store management, you will be expected to achieve personal and productivity goals throughout completion of the store training program. You may be subject to transfer to other stores as required throughout your training.
