Job Description/Wage Averages

Guest Service Co-worker: The Guest Service Co-worker provides top-notch customer service by greeting and thanking each guest for their business and processing transactions on the register. He/She is responsible for a variety of other tasks- merchandise products, prepare and package food, make coffee, ensure our store image and presentation is neater and cleaner than our competition, including our gas islands and restrooms.   The hourly rate is $8 to $10.

Store Leader: This person takes charge in all of the activities of the store. He/She works with assistant store leaders as well.   He/She works for Kwik Trip, Inc. to achieve daily goals, operations. He/She is in charge in training of co-workers, recruitment, merchandising, supervision, inventory control and most importantly to ensure that the highest quality of guest service is being met on a daily basis. His annual salary is $42k to $52k.

Sales Associate: This person is in charge in generating sales for the grocery store. He/She attends to customer inquiries and other needs specifically in locating the products the clients need. He/She will also assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and visual changes according to Company standards.   You’ll also be in charge of helping with keeping the gas station area clean as well as make sure that refreshments/food are stocked constantly. The hourly rate is within the range of $8 to $10.

Assistant Store Managers : This person should create a friendly, energized environment   in the store. His responsibilities include: drive sales and achieve personal and store goals; assist in managing all aspects of a product driven retail operation to provide exceptional customer service. The hourly rate is between $11 to $12.
