Since seafood is the order of the day, the manager should make sure that the items delivered in the restaurant should be fresh. They also have to monitor the amount of supply that they have in stock to make sure that there is enough food to be served. The employees should be motivated as well so they can enhance their capabilities.
The manager should always pay attention to the little details and attend to the customers. There may be times that the manager will have to address customer complaints but this can be avoided if the service is excellent and the food great the first time it is served to the customers.
