Job Description/Wage Averages

Cake Decorator: If you are the cake decorator, your job is primarily designing and decorating different kinds of cakes. You maybe also assigned to bake cakes, prepare icing, train assistants and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen or bakery. You will also work with customers or clients to create a specific design or theme for the cake, and may as well oversee the delivery of orders to clients. Salary ranges $14-$15 per hour.

Customer Service: This person should delight the customers; respond to the customer’s needs, empathize for the customer situation, and handle customers even with their unpleasant complaints.     You’ll work the front counter most of the time helping with orders, ringing them up as well as answering any phone calls that come in.   The expected salary is $10-$11 per hour

Store Manager: The store manager oversees the whole performance of the store outlet. He/She is responsible in reaching sales targets and increasing profits, dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints, as well as health and safety and security issues. He/She is tasked in staff management, such as interviewing and recruiting, supervising departmental managers and organizing training. The annual salary ranges $60k to $65k.
