Key Leader: The Key Leader is a key part of the Store Leadership Team and as such supervises the retail floor and takes initiative, delegates work and provides feedback to the team, follows up on outstanding issues and is a star “go to” person. Under the supervision and direction of the Store Manager, the position assists in any leadership duties that arise, thereby working directly with the Store Manager & Assistant Manager, as well as directly supervising the community leader and educator in the stores. The Key Leader also works closely with the Store Leadership Team in supporting the general store operation function. The hourly rate ranges $12 to $13.
Educator: Their main role is to effectively educate our guests on the fabrics, features, fit and function of our product, our culture and the communities we belong to. By educating guests we empower them to make decisions for themselves based on the facts that we offer them. By doing this, the guesswork is taken out of shopping for customers, and a ‘Wow! It’s You!’ guest experience is created, leaving customers with the knowledge to educate others on behalf of Lululemon athletica. Authentic conversations are key to delivering the ultimate guest experience by relaying your experiences with lululemon products to the guest. Involvement in teamwork is highly emphasized and the focus is placed on turning a ‘no’ into a ‘yes’ whenever possible. The salary ranges $16K to $47K yearly.
Assistant Manager: The Assistant Manager is responsible for certain aspects of the Manager ‘80/20 Checklist’ (attached), with direction by the Store Manager, so that the store consistently produces a ‘Wow! It’s You!’ guest experience. When the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Manager is accountable for all store operation functions. Present on the retail floor, as floor manager and Educator, a minimum of 32 hours per week. Represents her/his store at all required meetings and conferences, under the direction of the Store Manager. Performs/completes other additional project, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request, under the direction of the Store Manager. The annual salary is $33k to $35K.
