Founded in 1956, their headquarters today are in Framingham, Massachusetts.   They sell items such as clothing, home goods, jewelry, and more.   They have over 125,000 employees, and do over 17 billion in revenue annually.

Job Description / Average Wage

Cashier: You will work in the front of the store, ringing customers up.   You will assist them with questions, as well as process any returns if they have any.   You will have to bag their goods, as well as make sure everything is at 100%.   The average wage is $7 to $9 a hour.

Sales Associate: You will work the main floor.   You will help keep things clean, stock the floor shelves, as well as assist customers with any questions that they may have.   In your down time, you may have to help in the back room, or clean the floors, and more.   The average wage is from $7 to $9 a hour.

Front End Coordinator: You will be in charge of running the front end.   You will assist your cashiers, assign schedules, as well as override any transactions.   You will also have to assist customers with any complaints that they may have.   This job pays anywhere from $8 to $10 a hour.

Assistant Manager: The assistant manager is going to watch over the entire store.   He/she is going to help with opening the store, closing it, as well as ensuring that everything is running according to the company policy.   You will also help assist other associates with any jobs that they might have.   The average wage is anyhwere from $9 to $13 a hour.

You will be scheduled for an interview after you have submitted the necessary papers for the employment process.
