Bartenders: Melting Pot restaurants feature tableside service with a full menu and fine wine in an upscale environment. Our bartenders have an opportunity to interact more with the guest, playing a vital role in ensuring a quality experience. Hospitality Specialists: They must have an opportunity to provide guests with the all important “first impression”, therefore playing a vital role in ensuring a quality experience. Smile and maintain a professional appearance that exemplifies excellence. Always exceed guests’ expectations, making their experience a night to remember. Open doors and greet guests entering and exiting the restaurant. Operate and maintain a clean working environment

Servers: The servers have an opportunity to interact more with the guest, playing a vital role in ensuring a quality experience. Complete all side work and daily cleaning tasks. Suggestively sell wine and food products. Operate and maintain a clean working environment

Dishwasher: This person is in charge in maintaining all aspects of the dish area and dish machine. Follow proper pre-soaking and cleaning procedures.

General Manager: He is to oversee operations while increasing sales, profits and brand awareness.   Melting Pot restaurants feature tableside service with a full menu and fine wine in an upscale environment.   The managers lead one of the most impressive restaurant concepts in North America by ensuring guest satisfaction through excellent execution of operational standards and guidelines.

Line Workers:  The line team members have an opportunity to work in unique kitchens with no fryers or grills.
