History of Menchies

Menchies is named after Menchie, the child of Danna and Adam, whose passion for creating the perfect frozen yogurt quickly transformed into the ultimate for-your lover’s paradise. Menchie’s customers are able to serve themselves the perfect yogurt mix by choosing from a wide variety of delicious flavors, and more than 40 toppings with everything from chocolates, candies, and hot fudge, to granola and fresh seasonal fruit. You can mix all the flavors and toppings you want and only pay for what you take! When you’re finished crafting the perfect yogurt, just place it on the scale and pay per ounce. Local schools depend on Menchie’s to help raise fund for programs and events; and for every regular customer that walks into a Menchie’s, there’s a trained “Mixologist” that knows his or her name.

Job Description/Wage Averages

Team Leader: As a Shift lead you are responsible for leading the team members and ensuring the Menchies experience is happening on your assigned shifts.

IT Technician: Fast growing QSR Franchise Company is seeking a Micros E7 and RES 3700 POS Point Of Sale Help Desk technician / programmer.  The office is a fun but fast paced and busy environment. Applicant must be able to function well under pressure. Ability to communicate and work well with others is essential. Positive enthusiastic attitude required. This position can be moderately physically demanding.

Project Manager: This position takes charge of the project assigned to him. Outline the activities needed to reach the goals and should maintain record keeping to keep track the progress of the project.

Customer Sales Representative: This position works to attend to the customer’s needs. He will also assist the customer’s in getting the products they need; introduce the different kinds of products and services offered and will also process orders and payments as well.

Cashier: This person receives the payment of the customers and must be knowledgeable about the price of the products of the store.

Store Manager: This position oversees the entire operation of the company. He will also see to it that the company’s standards and procedures are followed by all employees. He hires, trains and supervise the personnel and must make sure that everybody works for the attainment of the company’s goals.
