History of Monical’s Pizza

The roots of Monical’s Pizza started in Tolono, Illinois. At present, there are 66 Monical’s Pizza ® restaurants, primarily located throughout Central Illinois with several in Indiana and one in Wisconsin. Monical’s great pizza has been the dining tradition for countless families and a steadily-growing foodservice institution. Job Description/Salary Averages

Buzzers/Servers: This position is in front line interaction with Monical’s Pizza guests. He/She must have dining room awareness and must ensure overall guest satisfaction.   You will assist with cleaning the tables, washing dishes in back as well as keeping the kitchen in order.

Day People: This position includes, but is not limited to, overall guest satisfaction, preparation of menu items and restaurant appearance. Responsibilities will vary depending upon levels of training. This will be a day time position.

Delivery Drivers: This position is in charge of providing delivery guests with prompt, friendly and efficient service. Additional in-store responsibilities will be determined by management during down times when there are no deliveries to be made.

Fronter/Cashier: This person is also in the front line interaction with guests; ensures service time awareness, perform packaging of menu items for guests and handling cash transactions.

Host/Hostess: This person will do initial greeting of guests, ensure efficient seating, must dining room awareness and should work for the overall guest satisfaction.

Pizza Makers: This position will be the in charge in the preparation of menu items, maintaining a clean work environment and food safety awareness.

General Help: This position includes, but is not limited to, overall guest satisfaction, preparation of menu items and restaurant appearance. Responsibilities will vary depending upon levels of training.
