Store Manager: The Store Manager is held responsible for maximizing sales, creating an optimistic shopping experience for the client, and managing the store’s visual and operational standards.​ The Store Manager is in charge for hiring, training, developing and maintaining high performance sales teams.​ This motivates employees to work together to attain company’s performance by means of company policies and procedures.​
The average wage for this job is anywhere from $38,000 to $59,000 a year.
Retail Sales Representative: In this position, you will develop and sustain a professional affiliation with the department store colleague, communicate achievements and opportunities to supervisor as well as sustain professional level of communication.​This implements and sustains all visual and marketing directives to Company and/​or leased partner standards. This ensures all weekly promotional sign alterations are implemented timely.​ The position will comply with all Company and leased colleague policies and procedures, inclusive of adhering to appropriate schedule.​
The hourly pay is $8-$15.

The average wage for an Assistant Store manager is $10-$15 per hour.
District Manager: A District Manager is in charge for driving sales, demonstrating leadership, developing employees, and managing the daily operational activities of the district.​ District Managers will work directly with Store Managers to evaluate performance and plan enhancements.​ The selected candidate will also be accountable for all functions of the district’s retail operations including sales development programs, training/​development of management staff, cash management of monthly deposits, audits, inventory control as well as the visual presentation of store.​
The annual salary for this position is $59,000-$95,000.
Customer Service Supervisor: The Customer Service Supervisor for the day shift will manage all Customer Service personnel working during the week and all functions relating to Internet and phone order procedures.​ This supervises all Customer Service personnel to make sure all Customer Service Representatives job duties and phone calls are handled.​ The position handles all grievance calls as well as emails relating to Customer Service.
The average salary is $9-$15 per hour.
