Job Description/Wage Averages
Delivery Driver: This position basically performs the basics of delivering orders to the customers promptly. He/She will be engaging in customer service, delivery, taking orders and accept payments as well. The average wage can start at around $8 per hour plus tips.
Cashier: This is one of the in-house positions. The cashier will receive payments for the customers, process bills and will also help in ensuring customer satisfaction. The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
Server: The server will basically serve the orders of the guest according to company standards and customer preferences; must assist guests in their needs, must answer questions about the products of the company and should help in ensuring customer satisfaction. The average wage can start at around $3 per hour plus tips.
Dishwasher: The dishwasher must work in ensuring that all dishes, glasses, utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitized and stored in the proper place. You’ll assist with cleaning down tables as well as assisting the kitchen staff with cleaning items such as pots, pans and more. The average wage can start at around $8 per hour.
Prep Cook: This person has the duties and responsibilities that include: preparing/cooking food for guests; ensure that all equipment, utensils and working areas are well cleaned; coordinate prep amounts with managers, follow recipe instructions, use checklists and prep sheets, ensure safe food handling guidelines. General Manager: This position is responsible in supervising the key operation activities of the company. He/She will coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment; must possess strong sales building skills and decision making skills; planning abilities and knowledge of profit and loss, must possess excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude. The average wage can start at around $12 per hour.
