The company, incorporated in January 1993, is a health products business. The Company’s main business activities comprise designing, developing, sourcing and marketing cardiovascular and fitness products and associated accessories for consumer home use, mainly in the United States and Canada. The company’s products are sold under the names, including Nautilus, Bowflex, Universal and Schwinn Fitness. Nautilus markets its products, through two business segments namely Direct and Retail. The Company’s direct business proffers products directly to consumers, throughout direct advertising, catalogs and the Internet. Its retail business proffers products, through a network of independent retail companies situated in the United States and Canada, and Internet-based merchants. On December 29, 2009, Nautilus finished the sale of certain assets of its StairMaster along with Schwinn fitness product lines.

Job Description and Average Wage

Senior/Lead GL Accountant: The position will work closely with the Corporate Accounting  team. This is mainly liable for helping in the implementation of established Company accounting practices and adherence to internal accounting control prerequisites, ensuring monetary statements are in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. This also executes analytical evaluations, including researching variances between actual monthly expense activities as well as budget, as required.

The position’s average salary is $63,000 to $78,000 a year.

Distribution Associate: This works under the administration of the Warehouse Manager. He/she is accountable for the completeness and rightness of all orders filled and making sure that the right number and type of product has been picked. Digital Marketing Manager: The successful candidate is in charge for managing Nautilus Inc’s digital marketing initiatives. Daily tasks include expansion of websites as well as merchandising, testing and optimization, also constantly exploring opportunities to augment conversion.
