Machine Operator: This person will be accountable for machine setup, processing product, mechanical troubleshooting and every day safeguarding on all automated machines. Candidates must be at ease with being a go to person and working in a express, production driven environment. Machine Operator must have a comfort level in working with deadlines and not anxious to ask for help. Essential job functions:

• Executes troubleshooting, safeguarding and restores on all equipment.
• Ability to set up machines, changes over machines from one job to another, run applications, activate the machines to production standard and pursue general equipment safety guidelines.
• Demonstrate capability to correspond effectively, coach and mentor machine operators.
• Manage automated equipment. Load supplies, DVDs and mailers into computerized machinery for processing. Eliminate processed DVDs and mailers from equipment.

The hourly salary for this position is around $12-$16 per hour.

Operations Supervisor: The Operations Supervisor will be accountable for assisting the Operations Manager in ensuring a safe, professionally rewarding and creative environment for the employees. Other responsibilities include:

• Assisting with excellence training for employees.
• Ensuring production requirements and objectives are met.
• Setting up, operating and maintaining equipment to guarantee production goals.
• Supervising and problem solving procedures and workflow matters.
• Identifying old and improved ways to deliver to members as promised.
• Installing latest equipment as well as implementing innovative processes.

The hourly wage starts from $14-$19.

Operations Assistant Production Manager: Typical duties and responsibilities include managing HR elements.   Following and reporting production numbers on a monthly, weekly and daily base to Operations Manager and Regional Manager. Responsible for all features of Operations including but not limited to: production, facilities, systems, logistics, inventory and process management, materials, health & safety and employment. Teach employees on all features of operations. Guarantee Operations staff productivity. Perform safety meetings as summarized by Regional Manager and Human Resources.
