• Salary: Paid on a salary basis.   You can start out as little as $42,000 a year, and work your way to as much as $82,000 a year.   All depends on your store location, and experience.
• Bonuses: Old Navy will pay on bonuses based on store performance, payroll incentives, and more.   These can average from $500 to $13,000 extra a year.
• Profit Sharing: They don’t participate in profit sharing based programs.
• Stock Options: Since this company is private, they aren’t listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE)

Assistant Store Manager

• Salary: An assistant store manager is paid slightly less than the store manager, and will again, work on a salary basis.   Your income will range from $32,000 to $51,000 a year.
• Bonuses: While Old Navy assistants can get bonuses, they will vary as well.   You can expect anywhere from $250 to $6,500 extra a year, depending on performances, and more.
