Job Description/Wage Ranges

Assistant Manager: This position is expected to assist the manager in his daily tasks; basically, he will be assigned to build goodwill for the company, adopt the strategies as planned together with the manager, you will also be acting as a liaison between senior managers and perform other tasks assigned by the management and the senior managers. The annual salary is expected to range between $15 to $18 per hour.

Associate:   Working the main floor of the store, you’re going to assist with stocking shelves, checking inventory in the back as well as keeping the main floor clean.   You’re going to help keep the store running according to company policy.   Other duties may include helping customers with orders, assisting the manager with other duties as well as other jobs.   The average wage for this position can start at $8+ per hour.

Cashier:   Just like other cashiers do, he/she will be receiving the customers’ payment from the goods purchased whether the payment is in check, in cash or trough credit cards and automatic debits; he/ she will also calculate the total collections at the end of the day; resolve customer complaints if there any; and may also perform sorting and wrapping of collected coins. The hourly rate is $8 to $9.

Store Manager: The person who is in charge in this position is responsible in assisting the store manager in overseeing the overall store operations. Specifically, this person is expected to develop positive relationships with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, needs and concerns; communicate with customers to understand customer needs and the needs of the community in which the store is located; maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.   The annual salary is expected to reach $40K to $44K.
