The Company is a direct marketing company for novelties, small toys, and   party items. It was established in 1932 as one of the United States’ primary wholesale companies. It is based in Omaha, Nebraska, also its majority owner is the Carlyle Group. It has a broad line of Christian merchandise and is one of the biggest players in the market. In 2006 it was reported that the company has 18 million customer names on file, mails 300 million catalogs yearly and has over 25,000 products. Job Description and Average Wage

HR Generalist: As their HR Generalist you will synchronize and manage activities in the employee relations function, specifically as it relates to policy administration/interpretation, performance management and remedial action, legal compliance within the employee/employer affiliation, workplace investigations, leadership skills training and separation from employment processes. You will also be accountable for coordinating employee recognition events and activities.

The annual salary for this position is around $46,000-$58,000.

Product Designer: As their Product Designer you will design products and packaging for all departments as well as business units.  You will work with Buyers, the Product Design Supervisor and Director of Product Development to construct revisions/developments to product designs until approved.  As well, you will evaluate latest item pre-production and production samples to make sure samples match artwork and specifications, function correctly and are acceptable quality for their customers.

This job pays an average from $52,000 to $60,000 a year.

Web Graphic Designer: As a Web Graphic Designer, you will construct design assets for web pages, online campaigns, and support design improvement initiatives under the direction of the management team.  This conceptualizes designs in line with created brand guidelines and translates ideas into the web atmosphere.

The average wage is around $59,000 — $65,000 a year.

Customer Service Agent: A Customer Service Agent is liable for taking incoming customer telephone calls for product and helping customers plan their party events.  You will also help with customer inquiries relating to their accounts, invoices, gift certificates and/or promotions, offering specials also making outbound customer service calls.

Average salary is from $10-$16 per hour.

Category Buyer: The Category Buyer will plan, develop, and supervise products for manifold assigned categories available for catalog, Internet, and other identified sales channels that meet the merchandising and marketing goals of the company.  This role will develop and sustain merchandise assortments that continually augment company incomes and profitability, to attain all assigned category, product, and financial goals and objectives. You will colleague with the Brand team, Merchandise Planning, Inventory, Vendors, Sourcing, Quality Assurance, and Product Development and will be accountable for training as well as mentoring upcoming talent.

The average wage for this job is $48,000 — $52,000 a year.
