Papa Gino’s began in 1961 as a single East Boston pizza shop. In 1968, they changed the name to Papa Gino’s and began expanding throughout the Boston area. Job Description

Assistant Managers:  The assistant manager will be the one to work with the general manager in pursuing company goals, managing company activities and sometime, he is also assigned in hiring and training employees. The salary is within $46 to $50K.

General Managers: This person oversees the entire operations of the company. He is also engaged in planning and goal setting as well as in managing the company’s resources both financial and personnel in order to attain the company goals. The salary is expected within the range of $53k to $54K annually.

Shift Leaders: The Shift Leader is responsible for leading restaurant operations during a shift where he is assigned. He has to make sure that everyone follows the company’s guidelines, policies and procedures.   The Shift Leaders are also responsible for delivering outstanding guest service, coaching, training and developing team members, and managing inventory, labor and cash handling. The hourly rate is $9 to $10.

Cashiers: The cashier is the one who will receive the payments of the customers whether in cash or through cards.

Servers: This person takes the orders of the customers in accurate and prompt manner; he pass through such orders to the kitchen department and then serve the orders to the customers when done. He responds to the customer’s inquiries as well.

Cooks: Our fast-paced, diverse menu offers the opportunity to enhance your cooking talents. This person prepares the dishes ordered by the customers, prepares the ingredients and should present the dish accordingly.

Delivery Drivers: Delivery drivers provide quick and efficient service to customers by safely transporting orders to their homes or businesses. The salary is $8 per hour.
