Pat & Oscars established the first restaurant in 1991 with the vision to create a special dining experience for the family in San Diego.

The company strives to offer a kitchen that had to be the “Heart of the House” with an atmosphere that is casual yet relaxing, where something is always happening; with a décor had to be warm yet family-friendly, where nothing is “fancy” so that a kid can be a kid.

Job Description/Salary Averages

Busser: This position takes charge in the dining room and so he must have a dining room awareness and must ensure overall guest satisfaction.  He/She is to receive an hourly salary of $8.

Senior Restaurant Manager: This position oversees the entire operation of the restaurant. He/She makes sure that the goals of the company are being attained and that all of the employees are working according to its principles. He/She also plans and organizes the company or restaurant activities; trains and hire excellent employees and direct them towards the attainment of goals. He/She is to ensure high quality products offered for the customers.  The annual salary is between $52k too $57K.

Assistant Manager: He will execute exceptional food quality and guest service through the training and development of their staff. They will focus on building sales, controlling costs, and learning all aspects of our business so they can take the next step as a General Manager.

Cook : This position is responsible in preparing food using the restaurant  specifications in a timely manner. He/She must observe all food safety standards including proper food preparation.
