Sales Associate:   The sales associate is responsible for maintaining customer service according to the standards of the company, generating ales, and merchandizing and in safeguarding company’s assets.   He/She must ensure that every customer receives the quality services they deserve, maintain awareness of all the advertisement efforts, assist in processing and replenishing stocks, communicate customer’s request to the management and a lot more. The annual salary for this position ranges $26K to $36K.

Supervisor / Assistant Manager:   As a supervisor with the company, you’re going to assist the main manager with opening and closing the store as well as making sure that the store is being ran according to company policy.   Your duties are going to include assisting customers, assigning tasks to employees and partaking in company meetings.   The average wage begins at $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience.
