History of Pizza Inn

Founded back in 1958, two brothers from Texas opened up their first shop.   Today, they operate over 500 locations that can be found in the United States, as well as around the world.   Back in the early 90s, they were voted one of the best pizza chains by Restaurants and Institutions.   Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, they are known for their “chocolate pizza.”

Job Description / Average Wage

Team Member: Working the front desk of the pizza place, every location is going to vary.   You’re going to help with those placing orders, as well as ring them up at the cash register and place orders over the phone.   You will also assist the kitchen staff with cleaning, as well as ensuring that the store stays clean.   The average wage is $7 to $9 a hour.

Cashier: The cashier is going to help with customers that come into the store.   You’re going to ring them up, grab the order, as well as ensure that the order is cooked to perfection before sending it out.   You will also assist them with any problems that they may have, or questions.   You’re going to handle credit card transactions, cash transactions and more.   The average wage is $7 to $10 a hour.

Assistant Manager / Supervisor: As a supervisor, you will be in charge of making sure the shift is running right.   You will assign tasks, as well as making sure that all employees do their job.   You will also make sure that all jobs are being done, and assisting those that need help.   The average wage is $8+ a hour.

Store Manager: The store manager is going to run the entire store.   You’re going to answer to the main franchise owner of the store.   You’re going to assign tasks, help with payroll, hiring the employees and more.   You will also help with various paperwork duties as well.   The average wage starts at $13+ a hour.
