George “Jig” Warren III and Gary “Moe” Meszaros in 1974 discovered Quaker Steak & Lube. Waitress: The waiter takes and delivers orders of the guests. He/She must ensure that the guests’ needs and well attended according to the company’s standards and preferences of the latter. He/She must also ensure that orders are taken accurately and are delivered promptly. He/She must also be familiar with the menu offered by the restaurant. The hourly salary is in the average of $9.
Logistics Analyst: This position works with statistical software and creates quantitative models to simulate real-life problems, such as inventory levels, budget constraints and transportation schedules of the company. Logistics analysts assist company managers in creating a more productive, cost-effective and profitable enterprise, and use statistical analyses and strategies to devise numerous possible solutions. The annual salary ranges $51k to $56k.
Manager: coordinate staff and resources in a high volume environment; must possess strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results oriented attitude. The manager is responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. He/She has to combine strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities.
Dishwasher: This position ensures that the dishes, kitchen utensils and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized. He/She must also see to it that the kitchen is clean and organized.
