A themed restaurant maybe gimmicky at first but once customers get along with it; it can be a proven hit. Such is the case with Rainforest Café, which is owned by Landry’s restaurants. This restaurant first opened in Mall of America in 1994 and currently serves thousands of customers with 27 restaurants in the U.S. and several other countries.

Rainforest Café manager’s responsibility includes providing customer service to their clients. The manager checks on their customers once in a while to make sure that they feel that they are taken care of. The manager would occasionally accept feedback from customers to enhance the service.

The manager also maintains their relationship with the employees through constant meeting and brainstorming. The manager also applies their management skills in handling behavioral concerns of the employees. They also have to develop each employee to guarantee effectiveness.

Restaurant Manager

• Salary: A restaurant manager can get $50,000 to $55,000 annually depending on their experience.
• Bonuses: Employees are not entitled to receive cash bonuses.

Assistant Manager
