Job Descriptions/ Wage Averages

Assistant Store Manager: This position is responsible in deputizing and helping the Store Manager to ensure that the team achieve their clearly defined targets. Furthermore, this person will support the Store Manager for the smooth running of their store and team. This position requires a salary of $10-$11 per hour.

Assistant Store Manager: This person manages daily operations of a retail store, in an assistant role. The Assistant Store Manager plans and develops work schedules and assigns employees to  specific duties.   Furthermore, this man trains or directs workers in preparing merchandise displays and advertising copy. This position as well, performs sales work, reconciles cash with sales receipts, takes inventories, keeps operating records, and/or prepares daily record of transactions. This position is about to receive an annual salary of $27k-$29k.

Server: A Server is someone who is responsible in keeping with the customers’ orders and requests to attain satisfaction in a food and beverage, or other business establishment.

Store Cashier:   This person receives and disburses money in establishments other than financial institutions. Usually involves use of cash registers, electronic scanners, or related equipments in making task easy, fast and accurate. This position is involved in processing debit card or credit   transactions and validating checks.
