Job Description/Job Description

It Support Analyst: The responsibilities of this position are to: provide 1st / 2nd line support for all IT systems and infrastructure; maintain computer operations on a daily basis managing all system processes; provide contact point between customer base and systems / technical specialists; maintain a robust process of logging and assigning issues and service requests to the relevant support team members and external suppliers; provide issue resolution within the assigned SLAs and pro-actively reduce the opportunity for calls; liaise with external suppliers for call tracking and resolution within their agreed SLAs; maintain the HQ telephone system operation for all users; [rovide QA testing for all new software releases / enhancements; undertake any tasks required to maintain the overall effectiveness of the IT department. The hourly rate is from $21 to $23.

Designer:  The role of this position is to , the role is responsible for executing specific design briefs in a creative and commercial manner whilst adhering to and developing brand identity. Other responsibilities include: delivering a continuous flow of cads to meet specific briefs; developing an understanding of sales performance (best and worst sellers) of existing styles within the business; creating designs with a clear understanding of the pricing architecture; researching the market, including high street and niche retailers, websites, trade fairs and catwalks to develop the brand strategy; identifying new opportunities at style and colour level; developing an understanding of garment construction, printing and finishing techniques to ensure relevant design packs; providing detailed spec sheets directly to suppliers with all relevant information to ensure quick and correct sampling and production; maintaining the design archive for reference by the buying department; developing an understanding of supplier’s abilities of specific factories. The salary ranges $77k to $83K annually.

Sales Advisor: Sales Advisor, working as part of a team you will be responsible for providing fantastic service to our customers. This person should be passionate about the company’s products with genuine interest and knowledge of the latest trends. He/She must be outgoing and personable approach means you love interacting with our customers creating a welcoming environment. He/She must take pride in delivering excellent standards throughout the store ensuring maximum impact and visual excellence.

Delivery Assistant: As a delivery assistant, working as part of a team you will be responsible for quick process of our deliveries. He/She will be passionate about the products with genuine drive to get the product out to the customers quickly and efficiently. He/She take pride in delivering excellent standards throughout the  back of house  ensuring maximum  efficiency.
