Job Description/Wage Averages

Sales Associates: This position has the responsibilities of ensuring that all customers feel welcome in our stores; providing courteous, helpful customer service throughout the store at all times, including the sales floor and the cash wrap; determining customer needs by interacting with them, asking questions and providing suggestions and alternatives; communicating effectively with customers about merchandise selection and specific product information; communicating effectively with managers to ensure a superior store environment; coordinating efforts with other employees to ensure all customers receive exceptional service throughout the store; maintaining store standards for merchandise presentation, cleanliness and safety; completing orientation and participate   in all scheduled training events as required; completing register training as required; maintain accurate cash and credit systems and loss prevention training; and meeting expectations for loss prevention daily.

Manager: This position oversees the entire operation of the store. He/She makes sure that everyone works according to company rules and regulations. He/She sets sales goals; hires personnel and train as well as evaluate their performance. He/Se communicates with the sales associates to ensure a superior work environment.

Supervisor: The supervisor’s management responsibilities extend from one store to another. He/She monitors the performance of every store; helps in solving problems if there any and will also help in setting goals and outline activities to attain such goals.

Cashier: The cashier receives the payment of the customers. He/she will take care of the finances of the store in his/her particular shift. He/she must be knowledgeable about the prices and price discounts if there any; and work for the satisfaction of the customers as well.
