Job Description/Salary Ranges

Sales Associate: The person assigned in this position is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service according to company standards;  generating sales and sales leads; ensuring that the customer receives outstanding services; should be aware of all promotions and advertisements; assisting in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock; aiding customers in locating merchandise. The hourly rate is $9.

Assistant Manager:   Working directly with the main manager of the store, you’re going to make sure that the store is running according to plan when he/she isn’t present.   Performing the same duties, you’ll make sure that the employees have tasks, the customers are happy with their experience as well as making sure that all of their questions are answered in a timely manner.   The average wage starts at $11 per hour.

Sales Manager: The sales manager basically supervises the company’s sales program to attain the set sales goals. He/She works to assign sales territories, set goals, and establishes and conceptualizes training programs for their sales representatives. He/She will also help the sales representatives to improve their sales performance, achieve goals and obtain expected quotas. The expected annual salary is $48k to $52k.
