Job Description/Wage Averages
Director of Marketing: The person is responsible for directing the company’s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, facilitating client development through marketing and client service programs, support and facilitate development and implementation of business/marketing plans, plan and administer the company’s marketing budget, organize and implement franchisee relations, develop and administer marketing database, community involvement and networks, Oversee company’s electronic marketing efforts and social media, Liaison for all materials filtered through R&P Foods, creating materials associated with marketing growth for all brands. Must have 5 years minimum marketing experience in QSR Marketing, Multi Brands (food) Local and National, proficient in marketing technology, organizational and analytical skills.
Host/Hostess: This position is in charged in coordinating and supervising the activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests; scheduling of dining reservations and arrangements; greeting and escorting the guests, providing menus; responding to complaints; inspecting dining room serving stations to ensure neatness and cleanliness; hiring, training and discharging dining room personnel.
Waiter: This position deals with the guest for they serve the needs or orders of the guests; provides guests with a clean, comfortable environment for their dining experience. He/She ensures customer satisfaction and should work according to company’s guidelines and goals.
Bartender: This person take charge of beverage preparation according to recipe in a friendly guest-first manner. He/She is to maintain a well-presented, well-stocked, and clean beverage station.
Dishwasher: This person is responsible in ensuring that all dishes, glasses, utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitized and stored to maintain cleanliness.
Prep Cook: This person has the responsibilities to prepare/cook food for guests; ensure that all equipment, utensils and working areas are maintained for cleanliness; coordinate prep amounts with managers, follow recipe instructions, use checklists and prep sheets, ensure safe food handling guidelines.
Line Cook: The line cook is in charge of the restaurant line and can be expected to perform a range of duties related to the station. He/She will set up the work station, prep items for service, clean the station and may also perform general duties like cleaning kitchen equipment, organize produce delivery, train a new cook and perform complete inventory.
