Senior IT Support: The Senior Manager IT Support is responsible for the overall strategy and lifecycle of the end user computing environment as well as the successfully delivery of IT Helpdesk services. The Senior Manager IT Support will work closely with internal IT business owners and external service providers to align end user computing strategies with enterprise business requirements. The position has the essential duties & responsibilities such as: overseeing the processes for deployment, maintenance, upgrades and support for all implemented end user hardware, software and operating systems; ensuring users are provided efficient and timely support on a 7×24 basis; implementing methodologies to improve first call resolution, manages customer perceptions, and build strong internal relationships; monitoring problem management database and follows up with assigned personnel to ensure timely resolution of problems; developing a customer care philosophy that ensures customer satisfaction; reviewing service delivery performance with Business partners focusing on KPI’s and improvement targets; driving overall success of change management within and between external service providers; providing leadership by projecting a positive attitude and providing learning incentives. The annual salary is $71K to $77K.
Human Resources Manager: The position is expected to drive HR strategy through the business in partnership with local management. The HR Manager will work closely with local business leaders and the Supply Chain HR Leadership Team to support deployment of a comprehensive HR Strategy and People Plan for the manufacturing facility. A full range of generalist knowledge will be needed to drive successful labor strategy, performance management, compensation planning, and talent development.
He/she is a strategic Business Partner – Understand company business and strategy and proactively contribute to business decisions. He/she will formulate and execute a people strategy that supports people strategy; lead, manage and shape the culture through Mission, Vision, Values; make culture change a business priority, translating desired culture into specific employee and managerial behaviors; provide disciplined HR leadership by being a solutions oriented business partner; clarify business goals and proactively contribute to business decisions by partnering with line managers on objective setting, performance management and calibration processes, manager/employee relationships, policy conflict resolution, discipline administration; design, develop and use HR systems/technology to create value; provide systems and processes to serve employee needs and comply with legal requirements; foster innovative, adaptable environment where changes are capable; build trust and capability through coordinated change management practices. This position receives an annual salary ranging $48K to $52K.
Customer Business Manager: Responsible for execution of Sara Lee North American Retail category/brand strategies at the customer level that deliver AOP profit targets by achieving targeted volume, GSAT, distribution and CGF goals. Responsible for understanding the customer’s key objectives and strategies and implementing collaborative business plans that deliver long-term mutual growth. Customize, sell and implement corporate strategies and Category Leadership Programs with the customer. Key points of contact are with the Category Buyer and Planner as well as Replenishment team of the Customer. Key internal interface is with the Director of Sales, Team Performance Manager, Customer Category Manager, Customer Planning Specialist, Region Development Manager , Customer Service Account Manager, Customer Marketing and Customer Development Organization. The annual salary is $89K too $90K.
Production Supervisor: This position will supervise, direct and ensure that the design, process, and delivery of the finished products and services consistently meet and/or exceed customer’s expectations. He/she is responsible for ensuring that the company achieves its goal of quality that is essential for enhancing growth and stability.
Clerk: This position participates in the reconciliation of physical inventory of materials and the periodic cycle counting of products. Analyze, recommend, and implement improvements to control the inventory and improve service levels. Control parts and inventory in a secure location. Provide and handle all machine repair parts and all operating supplies to employees requesting them.
