Job Descriptions:
Project Manager: This position is accountable for managing highly complex multi-functional and/or multi-company product or services program customers, such that they experience the best program execution possible, and Schneider’s sales opportunities are maximized. He/she works directly with the customer to define scope and measurement of program deliverables; maximizes program pay back within the program scope, budget, and schedule constraints; directs all planning and monitoring of the activities required to meet program goals including completion of program deliverables during all defined stages. The expected annual salary is $55K to $100K.
Software Engineer:
The person in this position develops software for new and existing company products both within teams and on their own; assists in formulating customer requirements; helps with the design of product solutions; contributes to continuous improvement of products and process. The salary rate is $69 to $75 annually.
Marketing Manager: Working as an integral part of a communications account management team, this position develops and executes project management plans for all types of print and web-based communications for specific business accounts. The key role is to drive multiple creative projects to completion — on time, on budget and on specification — with primary focus on meeting the project brief requirements and maintaining overall account satisfaction. Project types include advertising, publication articles, promotional ads and covers, brochures, packaging, retail, event signage, direct marketing, web design, web content, and web advertising. Secondary support is provided for web applications, interactive and video-related projects. The annual income ranges $58K-$67K.
Sales Representative: This position is accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical products/solutions/services under the direction of the Area Sales Manager. Develops new sales opportunities and addresses and services the needs of established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer’s needs. Sets goals and objectives, develops sales/business plans, establishes call plans and strategies, develops account profiles and executes the sales plan. Applies market and account skills necessary for dealing with specific target audiences; identifies and contacts potential customers or prospects, either existing or new; maintains a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability/access, timely communication, placing accurate orders, tracking and expediting orders, and following up on accounts; assists management in training Sales Support personnel on products/solutions/services application and pricing. The annual salary ranges $28K-$40K.
