Job Description / Average Wage

Sales Associate: As a sales associate, you’re going to work in the store, where you will help assist customers with their shoe purchase, where you will size, as well as get the proper size from the back.   You will also help with stocking shelves, pricing items, as well as keeping the store cleaned.     You may also help in the backroom, where you will organize items and more.   The average wage is from $7 to $9 a hour.

Floor Supervisor: Watching over the entire floor, you’re going to assign tasks, as well as make sure that the employees are doing their jobs.   You will also assist many of the other associates as well, where you will perform the same job duties.   The average wage ranges from $9 to $13 a hour.
