Job Description/Wage Averages
General Manager: This position supervise the overall restaurant operations and must see to it that every activity is in accordance to the goals, policies and procedures of the company. He/She must to plan, direct and must coordinate a variety of activities of the restaurants. The manager is responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. The wage for this particular position is going to start at $13 per hour.
Busser: This position takes charge in the dining room and so he must have a dining room awareness and must ensure overall guest satisfaction. He/She must maintain a well arranged and clean dining area. The wage for this particular position is going to start at $8 per hour.
Server: This position has the responsibilities of requesting or taking orders from and serve food and beverages to guests; checking on guest satisfaction and handling the payment and complaints/concerns of customers. He/She must have the knowledge of food serving techniques, food and beverage product and practices and procedures of responsible alcohol service. The annual rate ranges $19K to $21K, plus tips.
Assistant Manager: This position works with the restaurant general manager. He will assist the manager in providing exceptional food quality and guest service; help in the training and development of their staff. He/She will focus on building sales, controlling costs, and learning all aspects of our business. The wage for this particular position is going to start at $11 per hour.
Dishwasher: This person is responsible in making sure that all dishes, kitchen utensils and equipment are cleaned, sanitized and stored in the proper place. The wage for this particular position is going to start at $13 per hour.
