Job Description and Average Wage

Assistant Manager: The Assistant Manager helps the Store General Manager in maximizing the net profit of their location through successful management of all functions in the store including a singular focus on delivery of a comprehensive customer experience. The position is the second in charge and is accountable for all features of the store when the Store Manager is absent. This drives continual expansion of business and development of people, leveraging most excellent practices and guides throughout stewardship of  The Forzani Group’s  Leadership Brand.

Your average wage will be from $24,000-$35,000 a year.

Corporate Recruiter: This role will make sure the recruitment tactic is aligned with business leaders and corporate initiatives. The corporate recruiter will focus on tactic but will play a key role in executing and recruiting for vacant and new roles. This position will develop and administer rapports with the assigned client groups to offer full cycle recruiting service for head office recruitment. A Corporate Recruiter maximizes the effectiveness and timeliness of the recruitment process, constantly improving time as well as quality of hire.

The average salary is around $32,000-$34,000 a year.

Department Manager: You are accountable for maximizing the net profit of the department via successful management of all functions. You will demonstrate an optimistic and engaged attitude when dealing with customers and workers. This coaches and develops department team, throughout setting anticipations, communication, coaching, comment and ongoing support. A Department Manager makes development plans for full-time staff, support and coach to develop any performance gaps.

The average salary for this position is around $25,000 to $43,000 a year.

Visual Merchandiser: Your job will be to merge artistic flair with technical knowledge in implementing all features of merchandising the sales floor. This makes sure all visual elements are displayed with current merchandise and reflect recent market trends. A Visual Merchandiser will constantly plan and systematize the merchandising of wall and floor fixtures.

The hourly salary is around $9-$18.

Cashier: As a Cashier, you are the initial and last point of contact with their customers. You will welcome and interact with customers in an expert and friendly way. He/she makes sure all transactions are running throughout in a well-timed fashion. This handles grievances, exchanges as well as returns in an expert manner.
