Store Manager: The Store Manager is accountable for all features of a Sprint Retail store, achieving an outstanding customer and employee experience. Store Manager performs all operational functions that include hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership assist.

As a Store Manager you will:

  • Apply previous experience to a winning store.
  • Receive a competitive compensation, incentive and benefits package.

The position’s annual average salary is $34,812 to $58,000.

Assistant Store Manager: The Assistant Store Manager will help the Store Manager with leading a team to surpass customer fulfillment and sales objectives. Perform and implement various operational and supervisory duties that include motivating and developing employees, interviewing candidates, scheduling, payroll, accounting and store maintenance.
As an Assistant Store Manager you will:

  • Boost your financial and business expertise and continuously expand your management skills that will train you for your own store.
  • Receive a viable compensation and benefits package.

The yearly salary for the successful candidate is $26,000 to $40,000.

Lead Retail Consultant: In this position, you will be a boss and a counselor to your peers as well as to assisting the Store Manager with standard operations.
