Job Description/Wage Averages

Server: The server attends to the needs of the customers courteously and promptly. He/she may suggest product offerings as well; takes orders and delivers them accordingly. He/she answers inquiries and facilitate the inquiries and concerns of the customers to the manager. He/she expects to receive an hourly salary in the average of $2.

Bartender: The bartender attends to the beverage needs of the customers. He/she facilitates the activities in the bar like mixing wines, preparing beverages and keeping the bar area clean.

Manager: The manager runs the overall activities of the company; engages in strategic planning and goal setting; arranges activities to attain the goals and manages the personnel and financial resources of the company. Cashier: The cashier takes care of the payments of the customers and other finances of the company generated during his or her shift. He/she is fully accountable of the outgoing and incoming money. He/she should properly turn over the money to the authorized person and record transactions carefully and free from flaws.
