Job Description / Average Wage

Team Member / Associate: You will be responsible for all duties in the store.   You will run the cash register where you process returns, as well as make sure the store remains clean.   You will assist customers with questions, as well as make sure that the store is kept up to company’s standards.   The average wage is $8 to $10 a hour.

Stock:   Working in the back room, you’re going to help assist with unloading trucks, organizing stock as well as price marking all the clothing and materials that come through.   This job is often done with the sales associates of the store.   It will also be your responsibility to make sure that the material is received with no damage.   If there is damage, you’ll be asked to send it back to corporate.   The average wage for this position is $8 to $10 a hour.

Assistant Store Manager: You will answer to the main store manager, where you will help him/her with assigning tasks, as well as performing the same duties as a team member.   If any problem does exist, you will answer to the main manager, or corporate office.   Other various chores will have to be performed such as opening the store, filing paperwork as well as partaking in conference calls with the company.   The average wage is $9+ a hour.

Store Manager: Like the assistant manager, you will help run the store.   You will do many of the tasks that the associates perform.   You will help with hiring employees, assigning tasks, as well as opening, and closing the stores.   The average wage starts around $9+ a hour.
