TooJay Gourmet Deli began in the Island of Palm Beach in the spring of 1981. It has earned over fifty Reader’s Choice “Best Of” awards that can truly vouch how the company has been working for quality, presentation, and friendly service in a casual and lively atmosphere. TooJay’s 25 restaurants are open seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, to-go, delivery and catering.

Job Description/Wage Averages
General Managers: If you are assigned as General Manager in TooJay’s you are typically promoted from within the existing management team. You are provided the leadership that creates an environment for you to grow professionally and personally as well as for the restaurant to grow financially. As manager, you will be taking charge with the overall operations of the restaurant — engage in strategic planning, making sure that employees performance are geared towards the attainment of goals; ensuring that the company’s standards are adhered for customer’s satisfaction.
The following are the hourly positions in the TooJay’s.
Hosts/Hostesses: He/She is the one who makes the first contact with our guests as they meet, greet and seat.
Deli Bakery Coordinators: These people perform cashier duties, answer phones, take and process catering and to-go orders.
Servers: He/She make sure to provide friendly, timely, competent service to ensure the satisfaction of each and every guest.
Bus Persons: Take charge in maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining room and restrooms.
Line Cooks: In charge in the preparation of menu items and specials.
Deli Clerks: They prepare deli menu items and catering platters.
Dishwashers: They will maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen as well as properly handling all smallwares.
