Job Description/Wage Averages
Sales Associate: This person is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets; ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment. This includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service; maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements; assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping; assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock; aid customers in locating merchandise; communicate customer requests to management; utilize a working knowledge of all retail merchandise including price, any special product considerations, stock location in store and in the back stockroom; accurately perform all merchandise receipt processing, including processing in the POS system; merchandise inspection, tagging, stocking and display. Communicate all damages and wrong shipments to store management. The salary ranges $8-$10.
Store Manager: Manage the sales, operational and personnel functions of the store to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures. He/she is in-charge in the Sales Generation; Personnel/Staff Supervision like recruiting/interviewing/hiring sales oriented staff; maintain standards of cleanliness and organization; Attain store shrinkage goals; monitor all controllable expenses; maintain store safety standards and perform organizational relations. The annual salary ranges $45K to $56K
Keyholder: Keyholder’s primary responsibility is to provide the highest level of customer service by demonstrating advanced product knowledge and building quality customer relationships that result in increased sales and repeat business. As a Keyholder, you will be an integral part of True Religion’s ability to maintain the high customer service and presentation standards. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of functions from maintaining a clientele book, to merchandising the sales floor, maintaining store appearance and exceed the expectations set forth by the company. The hourly rate is $14 to $16.
