Assistant Store Manager: The Assistant Store Manager will fulfill an integral and influential role in creating the Vera Bradley experience and assisting the Store Manager in managing overall store operations. Responsibilities include exceptional customer service; visual merchandising; staff management, development and training; upholding store image standards; general store operations; and sales goal achievement; oversee daily, weekly, monthly processes to ensure operational integrity; serve as back-up to store management with responsibility for daily cash reconciliation and opening and closing of store; assist in managing human resource related tasks including recruitment, performance management, payroll and scheduling, health and safety, and store security; maintain a knowledge of established policies and procedures.
Merchandise Planner: This position is responsible for performing analytical functions relating to inventory forecasting and replenishment across international distribution channel. Utilizing historical/future marketing research, assortment evaluation, price elasticity, competitive analysis, and marketing plans provide recommendations that result in actionable decisions to optimize sales.
Maintenance Technician: You will provide all necessary general and preventative maintenance for the machines located within the Operations facility. Provide all necessary troubleshooting and maintenance (preventative and otherwise) including, but not limited to, the following Vera Bradley equipment: trim slitting machine, monogramming machine, sewing machines, tying machines, material slicer, Gerber cutting machines, turn buckle machine, fabric winder, auto spreader, and other cutting machines. Provide back-up maintenance support for forklifts, conveyors, air compressors, compactors, forklifts, and pallet jacks. Assist in raw materials warehouse, cutting room, components and trim ripping areas as needed when not performing maintenance work.
Sales Consultant: Sell Vera Bradley products and programs to existing and new accounts within an assigned territory in order to achieve maximum sales, profitability and growth. Work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and long term account goals in line with the company’s vision and core values.
Stock Associate: Responsible for the timely flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor and ensure that products are received and processed in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.
