Job Description/Wage Averages

Restaurant General Manager: This position ensures that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably and everybody is working for the attainment of company goals. He/She must to plan, direct and must coordinate a variety of activities of the restaurants. The manager is responsible for the business performance of their restaurant, maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety. He/She has to combine strategic planning, shift pattern organization and day-to-day management activities. The expected annual salary ranges $67k to $73k

Corporate Executive Chef: The corporate chef is taking charge of preparing and serving food in a corporate setting. In the kitchen, the corporate chef is assisted by the sous chefs as well as the line chefs. The chef has perfectly honed culinary skills. He/she understands well the cookbook, preferences and tastes of the client. Specifically, his duties include: kitchen management; food preparation and presentation designs; design standards for the kitchen; menu pricing; selecting and training kitchen staff. The expected annual salary is from $80k to $86K.

Cashier: The cashier receives the payment of the customers and must also ensure that the guests are able to receive the services and products they have paid for. You’re going to assist with customers as they leave the restaurant as well as make sure that they were happy with their order.   The average wage can start at $9+ per hour.

Telephone Operator: This position is to support the Front Office in providing guest service by fielding all guest issues and requests received by telephone with the goal of addressing and resolving any problems in an efficient and timely manner; answering telephone calls, greet callers with a positive and clear voice; transcribing complete messages; perform as a dispatcher for security, guest services and property operations associates; answer basic inquiries, time, extension numbers, outlet hours, etc.
