Job Description/Wage Averages

Delivery Driver:   This person will be responsible in delivering the ordered pizza to customers. He/She has to perform the following duties: take delivery notes from the supplier and after supplying it to the customer, make a receipt of it; check his vehicle’s brakes, controls, fuel content etc on a daily basis before starting out; assist in loading and unloading goods onto/off his vehicle.   The average wage for this position will generally start around $8 per hour plus tips.

Cook:   This person is responsible in preparing foods as ordered by the customers; should follow recipes and restaurant standards; and should ensure safe food preparation.   The average wage for this position will generally start around $8 per hour.

Flyer Distributor:     This position is responsible for the marketing of Vocelli’s products. He/She is to distribute flyers to inform people about the existence Vocelli as well as its promotional offerings. he may also respond to customer inquiries.   The average wage for this position will generally start around $8 per hour.

Franchise Advisor:     As Franchise Advisor, he is to give advice to investors, entrepreneurs and companies and help them to process the franchising. Franchise consultants also act as agents between themselves and potential franchisees; provide the necessary support to the franchisees that will assist them to manage their stores better and post profits.       The average wage for this position will generally start around $15 per hour.

Restaurant Manager:   The restaurant manager manages the entire Vocelli store. He/She is to ensure that the operation of the store and the performance of the staff as well as the products and services for sale are according to the company standards.   The average wage for this position will generally start around $12 per hour.
