The new Wachovia Corporation was structured from September 2001 merger of First Union Corporation and Wachovia Corporation. Specialist: As a Specialist you will handle day to day customer enquiries and grievances regarding the import/export bills transaction, LC enquiries,  and handles customers’ enquires through telephone, email or swift in a appropriate and courtesy manner and  follow-up bills transaction cases for customers, possibly with bills operations staff, and provides prompt feedbacks to customers. Other responsibilities include:

• Referring any unsure and responsive cases to Team Head for handling.
• Collecting information for preparing the error reports.
• Handling daily, weekly and monthly usual reports.

The hourly salary for this position is $10-$16.

Marketing Officer: The position’s task is to retain, develop and monetize latest and existing trade flows into HK from their GFIs and US corporate.   Specifically, the position entails working in union with the GTS Sales Group, GTS branch marketers and trade operations to on-board beneficiaries resolve difficult beneficiary inquiries/complaints, market to beneficiaries etc. as an expansion to the FI Trade programs.   There is also duties involved supporting Global Corporate Banking and supply chain finance.   The position entails maintaining and further developing a recent portfolio of customers as well as prospecting for new business opportunities. Position responsibilities consist of:

• Assisting in implementing strategies which will provide opportunities for business expansion.
• Assisting with sales presentations, reports, campaigns, and other sales administration tasks.
• Assisting with trade market intelligence gathering, analysis and accomplishment.

The annual average salary for a Marketing Officer is around $87,000 to $93,000.

Credit Analyst: Accountable for analyzing complex companies and industries and conducting presentations on findings to senior management. Functions include: conducting difficult credit investigations and analyzing varied credit information for limits; analyzing credit history of buyers; preparation of credit reports for presentation to approval committees; performing research/analysis related to projects such as industry studies and management reports.

In this position, you would make anywhere from $32,000 — $67,000 a year.

Product Consultant: Liable for developing and sustaining import and export factoring business with International Banks.   Supports Wells Fargo Bank’s Global Financial Institutions sales and service personnel in each market through providing technical expertise, marketing collateral, legal agreements and customer and marketing support.   Fully appreciates the nuances of factoring product including systems, compliance, regulatory, financial, and operational issues.  Guide customer performance and ongoing support.  Below are your daily duties and responsibilities:

• Meet or go beyond volume and revenue goals as determined by WFTC and GFI.
• Maintain factoring sales globally through training, road shows and presentations to prospect and clients.
• Provide ongoing training for internal sales and service personnel to sustain their technical information of factoring capabilities.
