Store Manager
- Salary: A store manager here is paid on a salary basis. You can expect to earn anywhere from $49,000 to as much as $80,000 a year, depending on experience.
- Bonuses: Walgreens is very generous when it comes to giving out bonuses. Depending on payroll, and other performance factors, your bonus can range from $2,000 to as much as $35,000 extra annually.
- Profit Sharing: Profit sharing does happen with the Walgreen companies, but you will find that it isn’t as high as the bonuses. Expect profit sharing to hover around $500 to $2,000+ yearly.
- Stock Options: Walgreens generally doesn’t give out stock options.
Assistant Manager
- Salary: As an assistant, you can be paid hourly, or salary, depending on your position. Your pay can range anywhere from $34,000 to as much as $60,000 a year.
