Wilson Farm Job Application

History of Wilson Farm

Wilson Farms dates back its history in the year 1969 when the very first Wilson Farms Neighborhood Food Store opens on Englewood Drive in Tonawanda, NY. It’s named after a farm the company owns in Wilson, NY to signify the farm-freshness of the products.

The first Rochester area Wilson Farms opens in 1978. Immediately after 3 years, Wilson Farms expands into Syracuse.  In the year 1991, Ahold purchased Tops Markets LLC., which includes Wilson Farms. In 1997, Wilson Farms has 100 stores already. In 2000, Wilson Farms acquired the Sugarcreek chain of convenience stores, with 87 locations throughout New York State.

From convenient meal solutions and great coffee to a complete line of grocery, frozen and dairy products, we’ve got it all — these are what Wilson Farms are to be proud of. From one store to more than 200 neighborhood food stores today, Wilson Farms continues to grow.
