Job Description/Wage Averages

Assistant Manager: This position is responsible in providing support for store operations and in directing the sales team.  He/She ensures compliance is met for all company programs, guidelines, policies and procedures and holds keys and follows store opening and closing procedures; he must also see to it that customers and co-workers are treated with dignity and respect.     The hourly average rate is $10 to $13.

Sales Associate:   Sales Associate’s role is to represent Windsor to the customer by applying excellent customer service, compliance of Loss Prevention Principles and Visual Merchandising standards; may also process cashiering transactions.   The hourly average rate is $8.

$16 to $18

Co- Manager: This position is assigned to the key personnel who exercises independent judgment and makes decisions pertaining to all store operations from hiring, counseling, training, separations and exit meetings. He/She manages loss prevention and makes decisions that directly affect store performance and profitability and he is also accountable for maintaining store staffed and ensuring low shrinkage results. Holds keys and ensures compliance of store opening and closing procedures. The hourly rate averages $17.
